Brought in document for address change and to order a new debit card because mine is due in dec. she tells me she was able to change my address and let me know it was ordered..fast forward to nov 28th still no card i call the branch back and turns out they never ordered my card. So now i have to wait over a week for a card while i have to pull money out from a flagstar atm which im not even close too. The lady in the beginning needs to listening to customers and stop trying to sell people on other banking products like a mortgages when she cant even be trusted to follow thru on a simple debit card re order. They did nothing to compensate other than finally putting in a re order for my card after the fact. I’ve had nothing but issues with flagstar no matter what branch
