She is the definition of professionalism, extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and always going above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service.     I have been using Flagstar for a little while and have a multiple of accounts there. I currently run my personal- checking and savings, my business account and my non-profit's account through Flagstar. Flagstar as a whole is a wonderful bank to work with. I specifically work Flagstar Birmingham, MI Branch and they go above and beyond for their account holders. Rachel Pritchard (Branch Manager) makes everything as easy as possible and makes sure that you have the right accounts for your situation and your needs. I am continuously impressed with her knowledge in this industry and gives me a reason to stay with Flagstar every time I go.

    Opened an account with the manager Kristin. She was very helpful with me setting up a new account with my wife. She has also prepped me on everything I would need to come back with when ready to open a business account. Top notch service from a very thoughtful lady. Her staff were also super pleasant to be around. I think she has done an amazing change to this location and deserves all 5 stars.
