Tiffany sat with us for well over 2 hours explaining everything, was extremely patient, understood and went over everything a second time when my mom miscalculated some things. We have dealt with both Tiffany and Will and they are both huge assets to Flagstar and their customers. We truly appreciate the knowledge, understanding, time and patience they show us every single time we come in.
- RSRoyce SullivanOct 16, 20251.0Management and Staff are uneducated on what the laws are for video taping from a public sidewalk and believe it is perfectly fine for them to record you on the sidewalk but not for you to do the same. Maybe they should worry about the computer monitors facing the sidewalk with customers information on it. You would think thanks by this time would educate their managers and tellers of what's going on and how to deal with first amendment auditors instead they leave them out there and I'm sure their self and usually the auditors point out the fact they are not doing their jobs
