I was told by not 1 but 2 men sitting at desk that they would be with me shortly. A few minutes passed and nothing. 3 employees and 2 customers. No one could take a minute away from their work to help me. My time is valuable and I’m a customer. When I said something the reply was “I told you we will be right with you”. I guess that is why they are rocking a 3.5 rating and I hope this drops it farther. I know they have jobs to do but customer service should be #1 at a bank. I would move the commercial account if it wasn’t such a hassle. Went to my personal bank down the road and was out in 2 minutes flat. This is why service people get disrespected. Customer service not longer exists. I definitely will never open a personal account here.

Old National Bank is hands down the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and SO helpful. I needed to change my PIN and they helped me with every step.
