- PTPreston ThummOct 19, 20251.0I'm done with Flagstar as a whole. This is not a review for this specific branch, its a review for Flagstar as a whole. There is zero reason I should have to have my bank hold my hand so much that I have to list which states I go to in order to use my own card, and even less reason for there to be money on my card I can't use because I somebow have "insufficient funds". I will be closing my account and going to another bank after 13 years of using this one, which is sad as hell.

With this being said, Battle creek branch has gone up and beyond for my family's needs! If they can help they do, if I need guidance on a financial matter they help, and they treat you as a person! Each and everyone there are top notch people!! I have a closer branch to me but will drive the extra time just to have them service my needs! Thank you!!
