Cannot use Chrome to download statements. Inconvenient branch hours.

They bent over backwards to assist in wading through all the paperwork and jumping through all the hoops. They did an outstanding job in my opinion.
- DCDavoren ChickOct 8, 20141.0Terrible, terrible bank. ONB took over a good local bank then repeatedly told us false information while charging unreasonable fees for our accounts. They charged fees for our son's student savings account, charged fees to our own checking account despite high deposits, charged ATM fees, didn't send our new checks for weeks so we were unable to pay some bills, lied about allowing us to change our mortgage payment date - then claimed we were late in payment, gave false information over the phone multiple times, claimed they would not change our PINs then changed them, and on and on. We switched to a credit union. There are better (local) banks in AA. Don't let ONB take your money to Indiana.
