I do most of my banking online, but the staff at Lake trust were friendly, helpful, and acted like they knew me, even though they thoroughly checked my identification and asked appropriate questions to make sure that is an older person I wasn’t being taken advantage of… I love this credit union. They are service oriented, and truly treat you like a member. Not a number!
