I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into Lake Trust, the tellers who greeted me were very friendly and helpful and immediately got me in to see Nicole, who helped me set up the accounts I needed. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and walked me through every step. She answered all my questions and seemed genuinely happy to help me. I was very pleased with my experience here, and a special thank you to Nicole for your help and excellent customer service!

This branch struggles to fulfill the most basic of banking needs, so do yourself a favor and sign up with any other credit union in town.
