  PLEASE DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE, AND CONSIDER CLOSING ANY ACCOUNTS STILL WITH LAKE TRUST! My debit card information (somehow without using my pin or address) was stolen, and it took THREE FULL WEEKS for fraud department to notice thousands of dollars in hotels, fast food, nail salon appointments, and equipment purchases in southern states I've NEVER been to. Its been almost a full month after making a dispute, and only two of the dozen fraudulent purchases have been approved for reimbursement. I'm also STILL waiting months later to receive money back from Zenni optical fraud claim...it was supposed to be a simple chargeback. And there are MANY basic services that cannot be handled in branch, nor over the phone with the bank. I am forced to have long frustrating conversations with a call center, waiting on hold through automated phone services, just to finally talk with someone whom I cant even understand their English, over an extremely poor connection. Not to mention they STILL send me mail correspondence, which I spend 6 times (around 30 minutes each PLUS 40 minutes commute) going into branches, making phone calls, had management log me into their special accounts, to make sure I wouldnt get any mail. I STILL GET MAIL. They also wouldnt approve a line of credit. Even with a secured, paid up front card.
