Kept telling my grandma that she was goin to have to pay back any money she took out because she no longer got her soc security money, she was to get my grandpas, we knew this but she kept saying it and my grandma was crying and this lady had no remorse. My grandma needed some money tp live and this lady was nasty. Im making her switch banks even though her and my gpa have been there since moving to adrian 20+ years ago. Do not bank here. This is not the first negative encounter. You work at a bank, get it together woman.
