However, customer service here tends to be a bit dry on most visits. Today’s experience was unfortunately even less welcoming than usual. The teller, Mike P., was noticeably curt and didn’t offer the basic courtesy one expects from a financial institution. A little professionalism and warmth go a long way, especially in banking, where trust and communication matter. Despite that, this branch remains a solid choice overall. With a little more attention to customer interaction, it could easily be a five star experience.
