Took copies of my paperwork to send to the home office so someone could tell her how and then tells me I have to come back another today once she figures out how to do it. I guess no one in the bank knows how to setup a simple checking account. Going to another location - hoping someone there will know how to open an account cor a customer.

Or I could pay a $2 fee to have access to to fund that day. I didn't know I have to pay a fee for a service thats free at Lighthouse Credit Union! They also don't have there revenue, assets or investment's at the counter. This bank is a predatory branch of Blackeock!! They defiantly force behavior like there owner Larry Fink dose! Avoid Keybanks predatory practices and go over to Lighthouse Credit Union!

- TPTim PrideJun 20, 20181.0My father recently passed away and his documents were in a safe deposit box at this branch, although I had the keys, a death certificate and a copy of the will stating that I was the Executor, the branch manager (AD) would not allow me to open the box. So after getting an attorney, opening a probate and a judge appointing me as executor and issuing me certified letter of Authority I went back to the mill creek branch. I was then told by one of the tellers after they made copies of all my documents I had to wait several more days while there legal department look them over. Four days later I find out from the branch manager (AD) that I'm still not allowed to open the safe deposit box!
