    Just went to cash a check drawn on that bank. The Oriental woman at the window was extremely rude. Sorry u had to work on a holiday. That's ur fault. Have no problem paying the outrageous fee to cash a check but could really go without the attitude and just being plain rude. Go to people's credit union. Those ladies are happy to see you regardless.

    Came in with my Autistic son to get a gift card. Lots of stares and then I was ID'ed (expected normal proceedure) Then I was informed I would be depositing the money then I may have the card. Then my account was checked and I was informed it was to insure I have an account. Then they need to have my ATM to make a deposit. "I just want a gift card" I was informed "No you are making a deposit then you can have a gift card" They need to make sure "your not some drug dealer" All the while staring at my son. He did offer for my son to "fill your pockets with candy" I guess we look to poor to buy candy. All the while 3 customers have come and gone at Drive thru and lobby. Then I was ID'ed again to insure none of my info had changed? I called their customer service line and was told to write a letter they will give me an address. They had no intrest in fixing any problems I was to be filtered through their system. They refuse to inform you of any one you can talk to. So people remember to dress CORRECT and LEAVE UNWANTEDS BEHIND. Then you may used the Sanford Maine Branch. I wish they would have had a sign first time I entered.
