    Ultra toxic place. They'll 'lose' your checks, delay your deposits, and treat you like crap. There are a ton of other banks in town, all of them are better.

    I want to preface this by saying the new younger woman working there, Kaley I believe, is a sweetheart and very kind. This review does not reflect her work/attitude. However, when I went in to withdraw a bank check for rent this month, as well as deposit/cash a check I received from my insurance for a claim, Kaley needed to ask for help from one of the other staff members. The woman that helped her acted a little annoyed, and then when she took my claim check she stated loudly “I’m not sure if this is even real.” My issue isn’t with the questioning, since I’m sure they don’t see Nationwide Pet Insurance checks very often. My issue is with the attitude and accusatory tone. For someone who just spent thousands of dollars and is utilizing the insurance they have been paying to help lessen the load of bills, it made me feel like I was doing something wrong or being marked as a fraudster. Comments like those DO NOT need to be made, at least not in the presence of the customer themselves. I’ve been wanting to switch banks for a while now, but this finally put the nail in the coffin. Customer service skills go a long way, I hope that lady learns some.

    Absolute joke there. If you’ve got plenty of time. Head on in or drive through. 20min I waited in line then 10 min at the counter to be passed along to another person to help someone else. I left. My business and personal are run out of this branch. Seriously considering pulling accounts because management at this branch can’t seem to figure efficiency out.
