Waited in line to do so patiently, only to get to the counter and be turned away. You need an appointment to open a checking due to “high volume” of customers. Meanwhile there were 4 tellers and only two people in line behind us. It’s really unfortunate because they say it’s Americas most convenient bank, and it used to be great customer service. Recommend calling ahead to see if they can accommodate you.
