    The WORST bank ever. Took two months to issue me a new debit card, and as soon as they did, the newest card got mistakenly restricted in their system and I have to wait ANOTHER two months for a new card. Not to mention their app never works when you need it to, and their app updates tend to remove your ability to remotely deposit checks for no reason at all and the branch can’t do anything to help. Terrible bank, terrible service, leaving to go elsewhere.

    The employees are friendly and helpful. I go there for work to help my disabled clients with their banking. I recently helped a client cash a Christmas present check from family. The check was for $25 and the Rockland Keybank branch charged this poor disabled person $7.50 to cash this check that was written on a keybank account. What a horrible predatory practice! Why must they charge to cash a check that they wrote?! Horrible policy and horrible consequences. Personally I use Kennebec savings bank and I'm happy with them, especially for my mortgage.

    After waking up the day before my trip to Quebec city, I realized I forgot to get Canadian dollars! Everywhere I went said that I waited to long and was out of luck! I walked into KeyBank and was immediately taken care of! Very genuine staff! Saved me just in time!
