Yet they let ACTUAL scammers steal your money. I’ve had them shut off my card at least 3 times a month regularly without notice! It should be illegal!
- AAAHMar 15, 20252.0Ordered about 6 items from a website I always order from (individual payments per item same site) and they shut my card down for fraud even though the most expensive item reached a little over $7. Its was around 1pm on a Saturday when this happened and it's happened before, but when I called they wouldn't/couldn't reactivate my card this time for some reason, when like I said they had before.!? They passed me around on a phone call making me answer the same question over and over and basically said tough luck get your card reactivate on Monday even though I stressed that Sunday was my day off and I needed to get grocery shopping done for my family but they did t seem to care. This bank is usually hit or miss with me but now maybe cause I'm still mad about the exchange is determined to find a new bank.
