TD still shows a lien on the property and after speaking to numerous people over a week, not a single employee has shown empathy or successfully assisted and now won't return calls. It has been an unbelievably horrible experience. They advertise "America's most convenient bank." Ha. Horrible people. They have been for 20 years. If you love red tape, put your money in their bank.
