- KJK JoyDec 12, 20191.0Ok so not only did this bank have a sign a paper for name changes we didn't look at the paper because we assume it was about the name change apparently there is no paperwork for changing your name.. the guy had us sign a paper for jointing accounts knowing that my husband is in debt and I'm on SSI he would have put us in a position where we weren't able to pay rent the next month. This Bank also told me they were purchasing a checkbook for me and that it would be in the mail I currently go on my TV out today and I'm noticing the guy never made the purchase his name was Christian I'm not sure if they just didn't like our names or if it was because we were lgbtq I have been with TD Bank for a good 9 to 10 years now and this is the first time I've ever had a horrible experience would TD never trust US Bank only ever go into withdrawal your money and make sure you check that they're not taking more than what you asked don't ever trust US Bank it is horrible and not worth the time

Recently my account was compromised and if it wasn’t for James I probably would have found another bank. Also Dawney the senior teller keeps things moving with a smile. I go out of my way to go to the Westgate branch. Keep up the good work
