My situation is complicated because I live abroad most of the year but Assistant Store Manager Renaldo went to great lengths to help me find a solution to any problem I might have due to my dual status. He was always professional and cordial and I felt like a valued customer. Renaldo's high level of competence and knowledge of TD Bank products was impressive. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Despite walking in and clearly waiting to be assisted, I was not acknowledged at all. No greeting, no eye contact, just cold, indifferent vibes all around. While the interior is modern and stylish (which earns the one star), a sleek design doesn’t make up for the lack of basic courtesy and attentiveness. A simple “we’ll be right with you” would’ve gone a long way. This location needs serious improvement in how it treats walk-in clients. Until then, it’s hard to recommend it for anything beyond its aesthetic.

I will no longer be excepting checks from TD Bank. I’ve been told before by many unhappy customers to stay away from this establishment and I will be doing so from here on out I suggest you all do the same! There should be an option for zero stars
