- GBGary BerlucchiJan 17, 20241.0Went to the monument square branch in portland,Maine 04101 today to use my safe deposit. Branch opens at 9:00 am I arrived at 9:30 am and the door was locked. I found another entry into the shared building where a security guard called the branch to tell them the door was locked. After waiting another 10 minutes in the cold , a key bank employee opened the door. After I asked why the door was locked 30 minutes after opening hours , he just said oh “ I guess the lock isn’t working”. Never apologized. Time to replace the manager. I’m a long time customer of key bank and I use a different branch that I am happy with but will never use this branch again! Gary Berlucchi South Portland, Maine
