  I have used TD my entire life and have never had any issues until now. It’s been 5 weeks, 4 different appointments at the branch, multiple phone calls to the service line, and my name change after getting married on my accounts is still not correct. 1st appointment completed all the paper work, but the card printer was broken, they said it would be mailed but it never arrived. 2nd appointment they printed my debit but “couldn’t figure out why the credit card wouldn’t print” said to come back in 2 weeks if it didn’t come in the mail. Called the service line and they said the card was never mailed, they even expedited my new credit card and had it sent to the branch for pick up only for me to go in and discover it was in their shred bin. I can’t make this up. Today I called service and they said my accounts are separate and under two names and they have no documentation on file from the paperwork I completed 2 months ago for my name change. Sadly TD will most likely be loosing my business after this.

  I have never had the pleasure before now that is experiencing such an inept TD Bank. Customer service is absolutely terrible. 20 minutes of standing around listening to people talk about movies and their dog. Then decide to go outside to walk their dog while they know I am waiting for a new debit card. They really need to learn what customer service is, I will not be going back to this branch ever again. If this wasn’t for my business account which would be such a pain to change I would be tempted to close my account all together because of this experience. Absolutely absurd. The real kicker. I’m 24 minutes in to this ordeal and still standing here while I write this review. Edit* once I finally was helped they canceled my personal card now prompting me to have to redo all my online payments and reprinted that instead of my business card. I wish I was making this up.

  Inquired about cashing a check from my employer and was told that it was a $7 fee to cash a check. I told the cashier that I would consider opening an account but that fee seemed quite hefty. Rather than offer to tell me about the accounts they offered she simply shrugged and said "we charge you so we don't have to charge our customers." Well... just because I don't have an account with TD Bank does not mean I'm not their customer - only that I am not an account holder (yet) at this rate I won't ever be.
