- KUKris UnknownOct 11, 20251.0Over the past year, since the transition in management, my husband and I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of service at this TD Bank location. In the past, we were greeted by name and staff took the time to ask about our family — it truly felt like a community bank. Unfortunately, that welcoming atmosphere no longer exists. I have personally spoken with the current branch manager and was disappointed by the unprofessional tone and negative remarks made about previous management. After reading several reviews, it appears that others have had similar experiences, which leads me to believe this may be an ongoing issue. Additionally, our recent experience involving a long-standing payroll check was handled in a manner inconsistent with past practices. While this situation was frustrating, the greater concern is the poor attitude and lack of professionalism displayed by the current management. As a result, we have decided to close both our savings and checking accounts with TD Bank. This is disappointing, given our many years as loyal customers.

I work for a business that i need to take our deposit everyday and wait while its counted for accuracy, get my deposit slip and then i need tp get change for work. It takes about 10 minutes for my transactions so im sure people behind me are upset they arent quicker but my banking needs are just as important. I also use them for my personal banking and id rather they be accurate than rush and there is a mistake. The only reason i gave a 4 is because the app seems to be frequently unreliable
