- KDKerri DavisDec 14, 20251.0ATM is always broken. Three separate times I have been there and it was out of service. One time it dispensed cash and ate my cash. Took two weeks to get a refund. This time I tried to deposit cash and the mechanism was broken and would not take the cash, it just spun. I had to go all the way to Waterville to use that atm. I live 25 minutes (Newport is closer by 6 minutes) from any atm, so chances are I will switch banks as I am sick of not being able to use atms on a Sunday. If I'm going to be charged service fees, I want them to be toward a working atm.

They are the only reason I stay with Key bank .They have a way of making a bad day so much better.Im not sure if its there smiles or bubbly personality. Great choice in employes . I whish they worked for me. I alway feel better for the 5 or 10 mins I get to talk to them thank you ladies. I appreciate you both
