- LBLeeAnn BurrerAug 18, 20251.0Waited almost 30 minutes in line to open a basic savings account for our son (we are both account holders for now) at 3 pm and then were told to make an appointment because they’re understaffed. Mondays are bankers days. Acknowledgment of customers in line is still proper and minimal as an expectation in any job. After waiting that long (and according to website how quick and easy account set up is with TD) I think this one interaction caused the branch to lose all 3 of us as customers. Did I mention the dominant male overtaking the interaction that the female clerk was handling? Very unimpressed. Goodbye, TD. You ought to be begging for customers considering the legal nightmare made public in October.

One phone call can save a whole lot of hassle. Everyone who works here has been friendly, responsive, and has made banking a breeze. I just opened a savings account with them and the process could not have been any more easy.
