    So I’ve been banking online and wanted a local bank. Since I use their ATM all the time (great visit does different denominations) and they had a get a bonus deal going on for new accounts, I picked key. Great, easy sign up. So in a few weeks I get something that says my account is on hold for 30 days and the same day they wanted a copy of my license. Fine on the second but I hadn’t even gotten my debit card yet and I had to switch my payroll deposit back to my online account. They keep sending me texts to fund my account, which I had opened with $100. THEN another couple of weeks, the literal same day I get my debit card they mail my $100 back and say they are closing the account at my request. WTH????????? Thanks goodness I switched my direct deposit back but Christ, just trying to open a dang account with an actual building close to home! Do your research because something isn’t right.

    I had to quickly withdraw money from my account in order to meet with someone to buy weightlifting gear. And I had made the mistake of not having an account able to withdraw the amount needed. The people here were so understanding and quick to help me knowing I was in a rush. With great manors and swift service they were able to open a new account for me and get me my money. Not only this, but a month and a half later the head guy at this location gave me a call to remind and ensure I had gotten my card in the mail and that I am to use the account in order to not have my account closed. The people here are very kind and will go above and beyond to help you, while informing you so you how to maneuver the complicated banking system. Some of the best service I have had from any place. Thank You!
