- UPUchizi PhakatiOct 27, 20253.0I stopped by this TD Bank branch with my dad to make some changes to an existing account and handle a few deposits. The experience started off a bit rocky, the service felt somewhat passive-aggressive at first, and we got the impression that we were a bit of an inconvenience. However, after a 15 minutes, Aime warmed up and became more helpful and pleasant. Once things smoothed out, the rest of the process went well. Overall, it’s a clean, well-run branch and the staff seems capable, even if the initial interaction could’ve been friendlier. I’d still recommend it for everyday banking needs.

They wasted my time and after telling them that I confirmed the facts and proved the information they provided was incorrect, they simply told me there are other banks around. Their ATM has a limit of 1k and the top denomination is $50. Staff will not be able to help you nor know much about their own branch, it is better for you to look up the information online and just stick with that information.

If they wanted my id they should have asked. I'm certain the young lady would not want me or anyone reading out her personal info in a public area.
