- CCcharlieJul 18, 20241.0they will do you no favors whatsoever. it doesn’t matter if you’ve been banking with them for years or if you’re on a first name basis with every single person there. only banking there until my car is paid off that i refinanced through them, i had a better experience with chime bank (a fully online bank) it’s a shame.

I have had better access to services and I am known by all staff within 2 months. I once was employed by this institution in my younger years. The majority of those who made it special are long gone.
