    Great bank, my grandparents used and reminded me of them! Just wish Springvale was still open. Need more locations around New England. A++++++ They are always helpful when there is an issue. Wish they had bigger daily withdrawal limits. 250 is low, and I think it used to be 500 before that.

    We came to KeyBank Kennebunk to close our accounts as they no longer have a branch in Ogunquit where we live. We were attended by Makayla McPherson. She was awesome! Tried to find a way to keep our business with KeyBank but understood why we had elected to close and made the process painless. She was very professional, stayed with us throughout, was very pleasant, friendly and super efficient. If ever we live somewhere where KeyBank is an easy banking option I would seriously consider it after having dealt with Makayla. Thanks Makayla, you are all a bank rep should be and more!     sick of dealing with fraud left and right, seems like its a thing that happens quit a bit from this bank so i will be closing my bank account and going somewhere else
