Also if your going to require IDs make sure everyone one is asked not just pick and choose. This was by far the worst service ive ever received @ key bank. Finally got everything taken care of by calling the #800 .
- ADAbe DwyerMay 12, 20241.0tried taking $100 from my account at the ATM today in gorham. the money was withdrawn from my account, but the machine is broken, so no cash was dispensed! called the fraud line and they said it would take TEN BUSINESS DAYS to get my money back…. ten business days to fix this when it’s the machine that was broken? i’m not about the life of giving interest-free loans to the bank because of their broken machines— this is ridiculous! please fix your machine so you stop stealing money from your customers, Keybank in Gorham.

He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and even followed up to notify me when the check was deposited a few days after speaking with him. Very helpful!
