2 weeks ago I made a new account and had my money switched over, and was told upon making the account that a new card would be mailed to me, as you’d expect. It’s been 2 weeks, and I have low funds in my old bank account, and no new card. I called key bank and I was told there’s essentially a glitch in the system where new accounts that are made aren’t mailed new cards. This should have been of immediate concern to them. And sounded like no surprise to the woman I was speaking with.
Albeit she told me it’s a “new” problem that they detected “sometime last week.” That should be cause to NOTIFY all individuals who have recently made a new account with key bank. And at the least, check the recently made accounts, and see if their cards have been mailed, like the woman did on the phone with me TODAY, rather than a week ago when they realized this was a problem. Poor communication. Poor judgement of the situation. You’d think this would be a big deal and of enough concern to make a quick call or email to all members who could have potentially ran into this problem themselves.

I have been banking at this bank for over 40 years! Every time I go in I have to show identification to prove who I am! No apologies just need ID. What is the benefit of being a long time customer?????

Great customer Service. Professional staff , courteous and friendly. Easy parking no hassle , perfect location literally right on Main close to everything walking distance. The one thing that would be nice especially for the spring / Summer if they would put in a bicycle rack for commuters of all kind.
