Changes policies on notary, bank management didn't even know why the company did it or reasoning, and said you had to be a customer, so I went to bangor saving and had no problem helping me, customer service is horrible.

I'm so tired of this extremely greedy bank, they charge outrageous monthly fees and additional 3$ charges for every atm transaction because they're too cheap to offer atms locally or let you use others to access YOUR money. I was also told overdrafts up to 200$ wouldn't be a problem if the funds were reimbursed into my account within 24 hours, which is "technically" true, because IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO TRY. Worst bank system I've ever dealt with really. Access to online banking is regularly down, and regularly riddled with errors that make logging in once every few days to check funds only successful 40% of the time. Cross your fingers! Completely broken.. I'll be switching to somewhere else asap.
