- SCSarah CavallaroApr 4, 20251.0If I could give zero stars I would. Unprofessional. Condescending. Unable to effectively communicate. Does not follow through. They made a MAJOR error which resulted in restricting ALL of my husband’s and I’s accounts and funds. After being a client of 20 years, I received a voicemail from them at 4:59pm letting us know we had access to none of our funds and ALL of our accounts were restricted for ten to NINETY days with no opportunity to call back as they called ONE minute before they closed. After 3 trips in person to this branch trying to resolve the issue we were told nothing could be done and we would have to wait. Not only did they not help us, they made the issue worse, blamed us for THIER error, and rolled their eyes and acted like WE were the problem!! It took one short visit to the Yarmouth Branch and they were incredibly kind, helpful, and resolved our issue in a matter of minutes. I will never forget the feeling of uncertainty Falmouth Key Bank left us with. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this branch. Take the extra 10 minutes and go to Yarmouth!!!!

Condescending, unprofessional, and unable to answer simple questions despite multiple asks. This KeyBank should be avoided at all costs.
