    The branch managers idea of customer service is making business as hard as possible to do with them. Please remove the "America's most convenient bank" slogans. It's blatantly false advertising.

    Worst customer service experience. Waited an hour for someone to help. Watch staff making small talk with customers for 45 minutes instead of taking next customers. Have had fraud on 3 different credit cards in less than a year. This has been terrible.

    My experience at TD Bank has been really good since I joined this July 2022. I joined because I wanted a bank that is open on weekends, has great customer service, available where I typically will be living (Eastern US), and if need be strictly usable online banking. Currently they are meeting all of that. They have answered all my questions I have asked and gave me a lot of cool tips about what they are able to do as a bank that can benefit me. In addition they have checked in on me about how my banking experience is with them and what they can approve on. My biggest issue with TD Bank as a whole is the concept of a maintenance fee. Granted this is something I wont ever have to worry about (hopefully) because it is waived by either have more than $100 in your checking account and over $300 in savings.
