The staff goes out of their way to ensure that things are done right for their customers to the point of calling them if there’s an issue. I’ve never experienced that with any other bank.

I was making a deposit approximately a year ago. I was given such a hassle, I walked out and changed banks. The last I knew depositing funds into an account was not illegal. The young woman was attempting to intimidate me, she failed miserably. It's clear The First needs extensive customer service training starting at the top. Another issue, $100 for a small number of checks! Greed and gluttony are ali alive and well at the first.

- DDDd DdJul 31, 20251.0First national bank is horrible... repeatedly had small fraudulent transactions come out of my account.got new card with new numbers and still happened plus 30 dollar over draft fee..so call the fraud center and its and autaomated system so cant speak to a damn human and then call customer service and they refer you to the fraud center phone number ...and then they actually wonder why the person on the other end of the phone is angry...well my money is being stolen and no one is being helpful at all ..they are a joke ..its bullshit
