The people in person are always really nice. With that being said First National Bank really really disappoints me. There are constant issues with transactions being posted or pending in my account. Some things seem to go through very quickly, other things not so much. The confusing part about that is that the things that oftentimes don't go through quickly are the things that should like a debit transaction where I'm putting my PIN number in and it should be just deducted from my account immediately. Instead, it will say processing and then a day later it'll finally say posted. Or, sometimes it'll say processing, pending, then posted. It's just a little bit confusing. Another confusing thing about First National Bank is their whole available balance and current balance situation. I can look at it and it'll say that my current balance is "x amount of dollars", we'll just say $400 for instance, but my available balance will say $900, which does not make any sense, because if it's your current balance, to your available balance, those are seemingly both the same thing...But they aren't. Lastly, if you do any kind of online transactions, or even transfers Then a lot of times they will be blocked. However, a fraudulent charge will go through quite easily many times it has happened on mine and my fiance's account. Such things as GrubHub, and other transactions that will be in a completely different state than where we are located will be allowed to go through, however our own personal transactions that we try to do online we'll be blocked many times and we will have to call or use the app to contact someone to try and get the transaction to be pushed through. So, First National Bank, you really should get your stuff in line because it's very frustrating for your customers.

I set up an account here in Calis and I have to say I had a great experience opening an account for the first time ever. Lisa helped me through the process with professionalism and friendliness. She explained everything and answered all my questions. Thank you again to Lisa and Jennifer for making my visit to your branch a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Oh and thank you for the suggestion of the Sanwich man down the street, the pastrami sandwich was delicious.
