Was put on a hold and was told she wanna going to get someone. I dont think she understood what she was doing because she got back on the phone asked me twice about what i needed again. Then said she didn’t understand the question.

- TLTed LNov 17, 20181.0$7.50 charge to cash a certified check from this institution is absurd. Teller was rude when I told her I had no interest in opening an account at a bank that soaks it’s customers with these types of fees! Brunswick is lucky to have plenty of other banks who value customers. The canned response from the owner defending this fee as “reasonable” is a clear example of why JD Power ranked Key Bank LAST in customer satisfaction in the New England region. These guys just don’t get it.
