Was put on a hold and was told she wanna going to get someone. I dont think she understood what she was doing because she got back on the phone asked me twice about what i needed again. Then said she didn’t understand the question.

I’ve been trying to cooperate with everything that has been asked of me from affidavits to death certificates from both parents and they will not communicate back and appear to want to keep what little money there is to finish up dying wishes and the funeral service. Very shady Bank.
