- ABAnthony BelangerSep 30, 20251.0Staff here is great, the same cannot be said for the company itself. Horrible online banking app, they lost the title for my vehicle in the mail, took them 4 months to get me the release of lien to me, and when they finally did it was inaccessible. Taken me over an hour on the phone and have still gotten nowhere. I have 3 loans with them and will be refinancing out of them to leave this credit union behind.
