- ACAshley CaswellJun 24, 20251.0Teller today was very rude and judgmental all I needed was to get a role of quarters so I can do laundry for my kids. As a single mother it can be extremely difficult to juggle work and some family time which is what I did today I got out of work with just enough time to bring my son to the swimming pool for a half an hour our only time to go swimming on one of the hottest days of the year. I had just enough time to stop at a local bank to get some quarters so I could wash a load of laundry for my kids and for zero reason I get judgmental Judy at TD Bank on Union Street who was more than related to tell me that I was out of luck and that I couldn’t trade in cash for quarters which from my understanding is what a bank is for not everybody has a bank account, but everybody has to wash laundry and everybody should have the common decency not to be judgmental and refuse the most simplest of requests. Most days I struggle to keep going but I do. So thank you so much for making life just a little more difficult for absolutely no reason. 💯
