- SBSonia BermontyNov 26, 20181.0We had a bad experience a little over two weeks ago in the Auburn branch to the point where we even had to contact the corporate office in Ohio ...we were assured the issue would be resolved and someone would be in touch no one EVER followed up with us ...not going to say the bank itself is bad just going to say stay clear of Spencer who works out of the Augusta and Auburn office he obviously only has making money on his mind and will misguide you to make it!
