I responded that I’ve never paid that fee in the last two years, and I do this monthly to pay my rent. She was extremely rude, and than when I called customer service to complain, apparently she screwed the whole check, and the guy on the phone had zero idea of what she was trying to do. So not only was she rude, she couldn’t do her job correctly.
