- BDBreeze DeanJul 1, 20211.0I received a check in response to an ad I posted. I asked Keybank to verify if the check was real. They didnt verify, instead they cashed it. The next day I asked again if it was a real check, it wasnt and it took under a minute to detect a fraudulent check. Everybody in the bank then lied saying I never asked to have it verified day 1. When the check bounced it was too late, the money had been transferred back to the original owner of the fake check. The bank then stole 1850$ from me and a bit more for their troubles. They are horrible cold dishonest people and if you trust keybank you will likely find that out the hard way. They cannot be trusted with so much as a paperclip without their untrained dishonest staff of primarily women trying to rob you.
