    I love TD bank. I have a personal account and a business account with TD Bank. Matt is the best. Brittney is the best. Alexis is the best. McKenzie is the best. What makes TD Bank the best as their personal customer service and how they take care of their customer personally and how they send a personal card with all the employees signature saying thank you for joining TD Bank so it’s very personalized and it’s very convenient and they have the best service in the bank industry. I love them so much.

    Extremely Poor Customer Service - 61 Days and Counting 1 Star - Would give 0 stars if possible I am writing this review after enduring 61 days of unacceptable treatment from TD Bank regarding a legitimate dispute over $29,000. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn other customers about the bank's complete failure to handle disputes properly. The Facts: Dispute Amount: $29,000 Days Without Resolution: 61 days and counting Provisional Credit: NONE provided (required by law within 10 business days) Final Resolution Amount Agreed: $18,220.19 Check Amount Actually Issued: $13,220.19 (WRONG AMOUNT) The Process Breakdown: After filing my initial dispute, TD Bank made me re-file the same dispute four separate times. Each time, I was told different information and had to start over. Finally, I was connected with an investigator who spent 2.5 hours reviewing my case and confirmed that yes, I absolutely had a valid dispute. Despite this confirmation, TD Bank: Never provided the legally required provisional credit within 10 business days Agreed to a settlement amount of $18,220.19 Then issued a check for only $13,220.19 - the wrong amount Claimed they mailed this incorrect check on June 30th As of July 10th, I still haven't received even the wrong check Current Status: I have contacted the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and other regulatory agencies about this matter. When I try to call TD Bank branches to cancel the incorrect check and get the right amount, I'm met with employees who "don't know anything" and claim they can't help. The Bottom Line: TD Bank has failed at every step of this process: Failed to provide required provisional credit Made me refile the same dispute four times Agreed to one amount then issued a check for a different amount Has left me without access to my legitimately disputed funds for over two months Provides inconsistent and unhelpful customer service No customer should have to endure this level of incompetence and disregard for banking regulations. I strongly advise anyone considering TD Bank to look elsewhere. Their dispute resolution process is broken, their customer service is inadequate, and they seem to have no regard for their legal obligations to customers. This review will remain until TD Bank resolves this matter properly and provides the $18,220.19 they agreed to pay.

    I had the extreme privilege of dealing with one of the managers, Paige. I had to call in to get a card unlocked, being out of state I could not go in person. She immediately made the issue a priority and was extremely professional, friendly and courteous. I had previously exhausted other avenues and wasted 3 hours trying to achieve the task that she handed in less than 5 minutes. Thank you Paige.

    The service at this location are good, the reason for 3 stars is that the corporate and on line services are lacking. I have a trust there to make auto payments for a nursing home and there is always a problem or delay. They are also the only bank (Daytona ATM location) that has ever had my debit card hacked !!
