Trying to get through to the loan officer is a nightmare, not very responsive, and when you call upset because they’ve made yet another mistake the secretary laughs at you. Definitely not meeting customer expectations.

They are personable, knowledgeable, informative and helpful. I have run a successful horse farm for over 35 years. Farm Credit helped me obtain my dreams and allowed me to move from leasing a farm into building the barn I owned and operated for 13 years. Without Farm Credit I could not have accomplished that dream. Over the years we have used Farm Credit for all different types of loans and every time I experience the same professionalism I did when I first started with them! I sold my farm in 2021, but will continue to do business with FC for years to come!
