I don’t mind waiting at all, but the lack of communication with me waiting was aggravating. I felt like I was invisible as no one said anything else to me while I sat for almost 30 minutes. Won’t be going with this bank

This ain't the old days where people just stayed with the banks when they merged. We have options, I'm sad that I'll be leaving my little branch but my little branch with small town values died with this merger. RiP sandy spring bank, you were everything I needed and more. Atlantic union, I hope your downfall happens quickly.
