- BCBruce CulverSep 19, 20251.0I hate to leave negative reviews but I feel in this case it is warranted. My wife stopped by the ATM at this location and attempted to make a significant cash deposit. During the deposit process the ATM screen displayed "Bills not accepted" but did not return any of the bills that had already been deposited (totalling over $750). No part of the deposit was reflected in our bank account or returned through the ATM. My wife immediately reported the issue in person and has followed up twice via telephone. Both times they could not give us any information and we were only told that the incident was "being reviewed." This is a completely unacceptable business practice. They've demonstrated no sense of urgency at all to correct a significant error that was in no part caused by my wife. They've not even bothered to follow up with us. Every attempted resolution or inquiry has been been initiated by my wife.
