    I need help to cash a self printed paycheck, I know many branches dont accept them even same well Fargo in other location did want to help with due I don't a well Fargo bank account , but in waldorf Stepany was very kind and found the way to help me with her manager. I am very grateful.

    Upon entering the establishment there were no associates to assist my family and I.We walked around for a few and another customer told us she had to just sit and wait.As we continued to walk a woman with a blue suit on black hair and no shoes on barely spoke loud enough for us to hear. We greeted her with no how are you or anything back , but we still asked for assistance and mentioned that we needed to cash in Savings Bonds and she told us to go stand at the tellers window.She did not seem to be very welcoming or professional.The atmosphere of the branch just seemed very negative.m with the exception of the teller with dreads who had a smile on her face out of everyone in the branch. We decided to take our business to Navy Federal across the way due to us having accounts with them as well .As we left the woman in blue suit said nothing , but had her feet up and shoes off twinkling her feet .Very unprofessional.we never deal with this energy at the other location which is probably where we should have went initially .We arrived at Navy federal where we were greeted with a smile and a very warm welcome and excellent customer service.I hope that this review gets taken seriously and should we decided to revisit its a totally different atmosphere .It was just a 3 day weekend everyone should've been refreshed and ready and at the very least be welcoming.

    Last week a multiple transactions were done on my card in Texas. While standing in the bank with card and phone in my hand speaking to the managers while the transactions were coming through, I was told they speak to the same department we do when filing a dispute. Ok fine help me so that they can see and know that I'm not doing this. File the dispute, the results come back of them not finding in fraud on my account and refusing to process over 500 dollars back even though I was standing in the bank in MD while this stuff is going through. Wells Fargo did not protect me, my money, and even have any sympathy on what's going on with my funds. Everyone wanted to past the buck instead and handling the situation. No provisional or anything. They just wantes to keep escalating the issue to another team. How many teams do you need to show you I was not in Texas. As soon is this matter is resolved and my money is place back. I will be canceling this bank and will not refer anyone to them.

    Please pay attention to the amount of money the teller deposits into your account. This is the second time I went through the drivethrough to make a deposit and the teller verbally told me one amount bit put a different amount into my account. I do not have my receipt from the first encounter do I cannot provide a name. Yestetday I went through the drive through tody before closing, I counted my deposit of 730 in cash, sent it in the tube to a teller named Katherine who confirmed and said does 730 sound correct, I said yes. I drive off but then something told me to look at my receipt. When I liked at it it said 653, I mace a uturn and went rough to the same window. I explained that I just did a deposit and the amount was incorrect off by 77.00. I even noticed that the denominations on the receipt were incorrect. A 50.00 bill was missing a few 10's and the single 1's were off. After about 10 min another lady came to the window and told me 50 bucks was found in the money machine, she said it wasn't a 50.00 Bill it amounted to 50, I tried to explain that I know I counted 730 not 703 and a 50.00 Bill was included in my deposit. She said she counted down the drawer (how she do it that fast, in less than 5min) and only 50 bucks was found in the machine. Which i know is a lie. I was a bank teller for 5 yrs back in my 20's so I know the money counter will beep or make a stagnant noise when money is stuck in it. Im 15 years older so I know technology had improved these machines. They aint fooling me, they in they're stealing people hard earned money and an investigation needs to be done. #runthetapeback #bankyellersstealing #managersnotdoingtheirjobs
