    This branch is Never accommodating.. Don't waist your time if your trying to get things done same day. The banking staff always has a excuse for the reason they can't perform simple tasks. Like a Wire transfer or setting up as a Trust account.. Seems everytime I visit this branch, im given stupid excuses for the reason they cant do something. Like today I visited the branch at 4:35pm. They can't do wire transfers, they need extra approval. No one is there to approve. Then all of a sudden It's too late they cant do wire transfers after 4pm. It would have been nice if the Truist operator I spoke with prior to visiting this Branch would have told me that instead of waisting my time and fuel. I'm seriously looking into switching banks all together.

    They NEVER HAVE ENOUGH TELLERS!!! I don't know if the workers are calling out for fun or the working conditions are horrible !!! I'm always coming in and there is no more than two tellers on a busy Friday and one Saturday mornings!!! Always waiting more than I have to which is so annoying!! And the tellers change every month and I gotta restart with gaining trust with my money with these people! I know they try their best but waiting 15-30 minutes for a deposit almost every time I come in is ridiculous. Just shut the location down cause I'm getting sick of it.
