    It is clear that this branch is poorly managed, understaffed and unable meet even the most basic customer service expectations, like opening the branch at the posted opening time, or answering the phone when the branch is ostensibly open for business.

    Tia James is awesome! She helped me find a medallion stamp at another branch and printed some papers that I would need when I got there.

    They NEVER HAVE ENOUGH TELLERS!!! I don't know if the workers are calling out for fun or the working conditions are horrible !!! I'm always coming in and there is no more than two tellers on a busy Friday and one Saturday mornings!!! Always waiting more than I have to which is so annoying!! And the tellers change every month and I gotta restart with gaining trust with my money with these people! I know they try their best but waiting 15-30 minutes for a deposit almost every time I come in is ridiculous. Just shut the location down cause I'm getting sick of it.
