    If I could give zero stars I would. Three tellers, but only one servicing the line of 10+ people. Stood in line for over 30 minutes without moving- finally after an hour got to the front of the line and was told what I needed could only be done at a desk. Great. Line for the one desk employee was 5+ people and took another hour. After 2+ hours I had to leave WITHOUT completing what I needed. Oh and best part? The vault was open and unmonitored the whole time. Worst branch ever and I am closing my account.

    Very poor follow up and Customer Service! The transition from SunTrust has been poor.

    There is only 1 teller working here. Wait time to do one simple transaction is almost an hour long. Seems like they don’t know what they’re doing.
