- LHLinda HJun 29, 20232.0This Truist branch has an unpleasant odor. Because of the smell, I normally use the drive-up window, but must occasionally go on the inside of the bank. The carpet should be replaced, or at a minimum, a deep cleaning. I leave with the odor in my clothes. (ugh) The teller service is good.
