Manager couldn't careless about there clients and pushed you off bc he is too busy. I left and went to a Kenilworth Truist And was taken care of immediately. Got paperwork done and he actually wanted to help. Thank you Daniel. The York rd manager should be fired. AWFUL

BAD experience!!!!! I opened up a new (business) account and ordered checks for this account. I paid almost $300 for, what they call "Next Day Shipment"... I get it, you give time for production and another day for shipping but my checks took a while week! Dont think the personnel at this branch knows the procedures to ordering checks and if they do, they just dont care about clients!

Opened account at bank then 2 days later they close account without giving a reason why. Talked to serveral other high level people who are friends that work in other banks and they never heard of such bs. SunTrust is awful bank and will just waste your time. The woman who I work with was great and should work for a normal bank but don’t go near SunTrust.
