Not only was it simple and efficient, but the two women who helped me were so friendly and lovely to talk to! ***Edit in 2022: Once SunTrust/BBT became Truist, I found it impossible to use their services and ended up closing my accounts there. This could be because I don't live near a physical location so I had to rely on their customer service by phone. SunTrust always had fast and helpful customer service. With Truist, I always had to wait on hold for at least an hour and while the reps were very friendly, they didn't actually have the power/access to help me with any of my requests.
