I get it, you give time for production and another day for shipping but my checks took a while week! Dont think the personnel at this branch knows the procedures to ordering checks and if they do, they just dont care about clients!

Talked to serveral other high level people who are friends that work in other banks and they never heard of such bs. SunTrust is awful bank and will just waste your time. The woman who I work with was great and should work for a normal bank but don’t go near SunTrust.
