I was given a friendly greeting as soon as I came through the door & immediately had the feeling of "Yup, this is a bank I want to work with." She was professional, effective, efficient, knowledgeable & personable & she made the entire experience of becoming a customer as easy & pain free as possible. This is my first time dealing with this particular bank but, based solely upon my experiences today, I now know two things which I didn't know earlier today & they are A) this bank is going to get more & more of my business (& my money & my family's money) as time goes by & B) this is a bank which I will now definitely recommend to friends, family & associates (whenever & however such opportunities may present themselves) & that because I like how I was treated & want my friends, family & associates to experience the same. Truly a class act & very refreshing in a day & age in which (so-called) "customer service" may frequently leave something to be desired. Happy customer! Go here, you'll enjoy it. Very, very good.
