- FSFrancisco SSep 8, 20251.0Got an unsolicited phone call from them, claiming they could lower my credit card interest rates. I was speaking with Carolyn or something like that (she had an accent so I couldn't understand her quite well and her english was very broken), and she asked how much of a balance I had on my cards. When I told her I don't carry any balance, she simply hung up on me, I'm assuming since she wouldn't be able to upsell me on any additional debt solution services. Either way, hanging up on a customer is extremely rude and poor business. Completely unacceptable.

He tried to act as a father like figure trying to find out what my son used the money on and started yelling at him. He threatened him with calling the police to arrest him for using my card. By far the worst by handling the situation. He could have disputed the charges and call it a day. Worst manager i’ve dealt with by far.
