- GZGet ZeAug 28, 20241.0Horrible Customer Service at wells fargo I recently visited the Georgia Ave branch of wells fargo and had an incredibly frustrating experience. The customer service representative I dealt with was unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting me. In order to open a business account the bank representative were unable to help us because she is just saying have an appointment while she is playing a game. After having an appointment in other days the un willing to help us because the time running to 4:00 pm and they don't want to help us because they looking to go out. I have been a loyal customer of other banks for years, but this experience has completely soured my opinion for this bank. I will be considering switching my banking services to a more customer-friendly institution.
