- KEKatorra Enoch-LongshoreJan 19, 20224.0A few days of ago this would have a been a 1 star rating and review like many others but the branch was redeemed by the white glove customer service provided by Mr. Narrand (apologies if I misspell the name). I had an misfortune of a destroyed check that was needed for my EMD. I went to the bank on a Friday waited 2 hours and finally got seen by a banker. She was helpful at the time and assured me the transaction would be completed in a timely fashion on the next business day. Unfortunately, that did not happen and I did not have the luxury of waiting for her return to work. When I presented this problem to Mr. Narrand he did everything possible to rectify the situation and ensure I would receive the funds I needed. Without his steadfast support and willingness to get the job done, I would be in a dire situation. Thank you, Mr. Narrand for your help and courteousness during an already stressful situation. I truly appreciated the level of customer support you provided.
